Food, drinks and music

Food
A catering kitchen is listed at $20, without a clear billing unit. Confirm food-provider rules, preparation permissions and kitchen pricing.
Alcohol
Alcohol and glass are prohibited.
Sound
An undated official policy requires advance music approval and says sound must not carry into other rooms. Confirm your DJ or band setup.

Nonmember/nonresident: $90/hour during facility hours. Current linked PDF lists $140/hour after hours, including $50/hour staffing. Security is TBD. An older cached rate differs; the current PDF takes priority. Furniture setup, takedown and return are the renter’s responsibility.

Decorations: Published policies prohibit candles and fog machines. The current brochure also prohibits confetti, glitter and damaging wall fasteners.

Access for your guests: The handbook lists accessible parking and reasonable accommodations. Confirm the entrance route, room layout and restroom access for your guests.

Ask which of these apply to your event and have any required costs added to the written quote.

Residents may book up to 12 months ahead; nonresidents up to six months. Ask which two rooms are assigned and confirm any room minimum.

A major renovation is planned from late 2027 through the end of 2029. Ask about rental impacts for dates in that period. Project information
